I&#039;ve gotten into a pretty decent exercise routine as of late, too. Pilates in the morning (with a video) and then either a 1/5 mile walk or bike ride in the evening (weather permitting). It feels good.</description>

		<description>I wasn&#039;t very good at carving out me time.  Although life has thrown me a few curve balls this month.  

I do have to say I have been reading a lot more. I&#039;ve finished my ARC of Sew Deadly which I loved! I&#039;m so looking forward to the publication date so I can give a few copies away to friends so I have someone I can talk to about it. 

I&#039;ve lost the same five pounds I&#039;ve been losing for a year and gained it back.  But I did get into an exercise habit, so that&#039;s good.</description>
