As I kick it into high gear these last few days before deadline, I need to take one more day off.

    My old Bible. It was a gift from my wife, back when she was my girlfriend. We’ve been married 19 years.

    But I really like my new netbook, too! :)

    I actually have one that is currently missing, and I keep hoping I will find that a cat dragged it under a couch or something…..a necklace that my grandmother gave me—a very tiny 18 ct gold cross that came from Italy. I had it on a trip to Toronto and then shorty afterwards couldn’t find it :(

    I have a couple of things my wife gave me over the years as we dated.

    I have a set of gold cuff links my grandfather had (same initials) that I received on my wedding day.
