Three Wishes
Filed in Dreamer Mondays
Think for a minute (no knee-jerks here, okay?)…
You get three wishes.
What are they?

(These will coincide with tomorrow’s Reading Tuesday post, so give ‘em some thought)

1. My Mom is not well – I would like her to be made well.
2. One of my best friends has been experiencing depression and confusion; I would like her to find peace with herself and her circumstances.
3. I would like my nephew to flourish artistically and financially in his career.

1) That my children live full, meaningful and happy lives.
2) That in her old age, my wife can look back at our time together and think, “Ah, a life well spent.”
3) That I live a good life, die a good death, and never lose my sense of wonder, my curiosity about the universe, or my ability to love.

All good wishes, Mary & Joe. And ones I share (for my own reasons) in many ways. However, I’m going to give these wishes a slightly more “selfish” twist for use with tomorrow’s tie-in…
1) That the 4 book proposal I’m working on for the Harlequin American line (as my romance writing persona–Laura Bradford) is picked up!
2) That I’m able to stave off the M.S. and be healthy.
3) That I gain the confidence in myself I always wish I had.

1-That I have enough money to pay bills and have left overs for fun – but not too much that it becomes a burden.
2-That I sell my manuscript this year and start a long standing career as a book author.
3-That I continue to live a healthy and fulfilled life with people I love and love me. (that includes all the NO Cancer wishes bound together… LOL)

1. To have extra funds so that I can pay my family’s debt.
2. That the oldest nephew figure out what he wants from life.
3. To live life to its fullest and not regret any decisions that I make.

1. To become successful as a writer.
2. For good health for all the people I care about.
3. Monsanto’s stock to go up. (Yes, I did think about it…Walt can retire sooner if stock would go up and stay up.)
