I’ve got an interesting question for all of you today.
What’s the BEST life lesson you were ever taught and/or learned on your own? (I may share these with the kids)

My father taught me his work ethics. Pretend someone is going to hand you that hourly wage at the end of every hour. Did you work the whole hour, do you deserve every penny? If you slacked off, should you be paid for your down time? One of my pet peeves has always been people bringing their personal problems to work or using work time to do personal business on an employer’s dime. Would you like your employer calling you at home after hours to discuss work? I think not, so don’t bring work home and don’t bring home to work. Just my opinion.

Life moves too fast. You need to slow down and take time to smell the roses and marvel at the glorious sunsets.
