Three Things–Holiday Busyness

I’m here. Late, but here.

This weekend, like all the others, went by in a blur.

I treated myself to a rare slow-moving morning on Saturday. This meant I skipped the gym (woot!) and watched a Hallmark movie. I made myself breakfast in bed to eat while I watched! 🙂

I wrote…as usual.

And I went to a Christmas show at the local dinner theater with DH.

Your turn. Tell us three things from you weekend…

P.S. You can find me blogging for my first time with the Amish Fiction Writers, here today!

    1. I finished decorating the tree.
    2. I got a few Christmas decorations up, I’m hoping to finish tomorrow since I’m off.
    3. I had to work Sunday morning, and of course I did get some reading done here and there, I haven’t been doing as much, every time I do I fall asleep, LOL.

    1. Took my son to the Atlanta airport for a special-needs tour. He was able to sit in the regular cabin, first class, the cockpit, go through security, the full experience. We found he is very uncomfortable about the idea of flying. No trips planned, but something for us to work on.

    2. Saw Justice League with Deb. It was okay. Not bad, but not excellent either.

    3. Knocked a bunch of things off the honey-do list. Including hanging a 14′ curtain rod and valances.

    4. Weather was nice, so I took the Capri for a nice windows-down ride. Nowhere in particular, just out for a ride.

Ok Laura you eat plain cheerios for breakfast in bed, sorry you have to do better than that, lol
1-3 – Got nothing done this weekend. Not sure why, but my mother and I spent a lot of time napping and doing a lot of nothing.
Chris the trip to the airport with your son sounds wonderful. So happy they have a program like that. I want to see Justice League, but only because I want to see Jason Mamoa as Aquaman, lol
Debbie I think we will do the decorating this week and hope to get our tree too.
Hope you all have a great week

    Decorating is good, Debbie!

Chris, was that his first time near a plane? I would imagine it would be a little daunting. YAY on getting out in the capri!

Side note here: I forgot that I saw WONDER last week. It was a beautiful movie. Highly recommend!

Kay, I know. My breakfast in bed for myself skills are lacking. But I didn’t want to dilly too much–I really wanted to just chill and watch the show. The cheerios are about cholesterol and hoping that will help. 🙂
