Three Things: The Pre-Celebration

Filed in odds and ends

I’m baaaaccckkk…

🙂

I had a wonderful week with my family and I’m now back in the work groove, once again. I’ll be finishing up edits on Amish # 6 (JUST PLAIN MURDER) this week and then moving on to a novella that will be part of an anthology with two other authors next year.

I could share tons of fun things from the past week or so, but I’ll stick to three I think  you’ll enjoy…

We celebrated my birthday early with dinner at one of my favorite restaurants in the Magic Kingdom…

I got to see this guy during my celebration…

Me, next to Cinderella’s Wishing Well.

Now catch me up with all of you by telling me three things from your past week or so…

Hugs,

~Elizabeth (aka Laura)

I am so jealous right now!!! LOL!! I love Disney World. Liberty Square is my favorite land there. I’m glad you guys had fun! Thanks for the memories. 🙂

    Happy New Year all!!!
    1. Work–this year stinks. Big time! Everyday something has gone wrong. It’s just been one bad luck thing after another.
    2. I’ve started a new quilt!! It’s a pineapple quilt. So far, it’s going great! I love it!
    3. I found out that Justin Timberlake is going on tour this year! This is very exciting for me as I am a huge fan. So hopefully I will get to go to one of the concerts. Woohoo!

    Have a great day all!

    1. I’ve battle a cold all week.
    2. Worked, we are still trying to catch up.
    3. Did a little reading, I haven’t gotten a whole lot done lately, mostly work and sleep.
I think I would have rather been at Disney. I’m not sure if we’ve ever eaten at the Liberty Tavern, I’ll have to check it out next time.

Sure sounds like you have had a wonderful time celebrating your birthday Laura. So happy for you. Cant wait to hear how your quilt goes and if you get to see your concert Andrea. So sorry you have been sick Debbie. Sure hope you are feeling better.
Not much going on here as usual.
    1. Dad has been stick off and on and in the hospital or going to doctors. That means Mom has been running ragged.
    2. Cold weather which I have loved, but it meant letting water run all the time. (Southern houses and pipes are not made like they are up north)
    3. Read a lot which is always good. Got caught up on most of my dvr’d shows. And just been lazy. Loving it of course.
Hope 2018 is a wonderful year for you guys. 18 is my favorite number so I am looking forward to this year. Also in February this year is the Chinese Year of the Dog. What could be better, lol
Congrats Laura on the release of the new book. Loved it.
